At JIVANTAÈ, we understand that plans may change. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation Window

  • Cancel within 24 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation must be before processing or dispatch

Cancellation After 24 Hours

  • 5% processing fee applicable
  • Covers payment and admin costs

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Cancellation not allowed after dispatch
  • Handled under Return & Refund Policy

Refund on Cancellation

  • Processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund to original payment method
  • COD refunds via bank transfer / UPI

Exceptions

  • Orders already processed or shipped
  • Sale or promotional items (if specified)

How to Cancel

  • Provide Order ID
  • Registered mobile/email
